Raycom Infotech Park is located in Beijing’s central business district of Zhongguancun. Because the area attracts telecommunications, internet, and high-tech research companies, it is often called the “Silicon Valley” of China. The new tower creates a new outdoor space and transforms the office park into a campus setting for the rising development of the city’s technology industry. Floor to ceiling glass walls fill the two-level lobby with natural light. An atrium connects the tower to a three-level retail podium topped with a green roof. The podium features specialized retail focusing on the best of Chinese traditions.
