The Theatre School receives Honor Award from The United States Institute for Theatre Technology

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (January 11, 2016) – The Theatre School at DePaul University received its second architecture award this fall, most recently from USITT. The jury included Mark Reddington, FAIA, Partner, LMN Architects, Duane Schuler, Director, and Russell Cooper, Principal, Acoustics.

USITT recognizes excellence in both completed projects and conceptual structures though its specialized awards programs. Awards will be presented at the USITT Annual Conference & Stage Expo, March 16-19, 2016, Salt Lake City, Utah.

This is Pelli Clarke Pelli’s fourth award from USITT. In 2011 Cesar Pelli received the Distinguished Achievement Award in Architecture; in 2010 the Aronoff Center for the Arts and in 1997 the Reneé and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall were honored.
