This complex defines the southern edge of Jubilee Park, the heart of Heron Quay development. The two buildings are composed of two interlocking volumes. Both are clad in cream-colored Brazilian granite, providing an inviting civic façade to the Park designed by Jacques Wirtz, while the end volumes are clad in metal and glass. The East Winter Garden mediates the two buildings.
