The twin towers of Xuzhou Central Plaza will be landmark buildings for Xuzhou, the oldest city in Jiangsu Province and China’s second largest industrial city. The buildings will be among the city’s tallest, symbols of Xuzhou’s international prominence. The development is located in a prime area of the city’s downtown. Pengcheng Square, the central plaza, is to the north and views of Yunglong Mountain and Yunglong Lake can be seen to the south.

The development consists of an office and hotel tower and a residential tower, each standing 259 meters tall. With two distinct forms, the landmark towers will be a strong, elegant presence on the skyline. The east tower will contain 30 floors of office space and 17 floors for a hotel. At the 42^nd floor, a two-​level sky lobby will include a restaurant and an observation deck offering mountain and lake views. The west tower will contain 54 floors of luxury apartments. A retail podium provides a grand entrance to the complex.
