Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects’ 18 King Wah Road tower, a 23-story office and mixed-use tower in the eastern district of Hong Kong Island, won a Hong Kong Quality Building Award. 18 King Wah Road is anticipated to reach the highest level of sustainability in green building ratings for Hong Kong, China and the United States.

The Quality Building Award is a biennial award giving public recognition to buildings of outstanding quality that demonstrate outstanding teamwork. The award ceremony celebrated quality building projects developed by the industry’s best, supported the profession’s collective commitment to maintaining the highest standards, and shared memorable experiences with fellow
colleagues and peers.

Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects’ Designers Augustus Chan and Anais Le Grand received the award on the behalf of the firm.
