Associate Principal Randy Volenec spoke at the National High Speed Rail Leadership Summit. The National High Speed Rail Leadership Summit is a three-day event with business and political leaders discussing the future of rail. The event is run by US High Speed Rail Association, an independent, nonprofit association focusing on advancing national high-speed rails throughout the country.
