Groundbreaking of One Congress at Bulfinch Crossing

On June 20, 2019, a groundbreaking ceremony for Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects-designed One Congress at Bulfinch Crossing occurred on site in Boston. This new office tower will rise to 600-feet, transforming the Boston skyline and offering panoramic views of Boston Harbor, the Financial District, and the Charles River. World-class amenities include a one-acre, outdoor roof garden, food and beverage offerings, bike facilities, and ample space for fitness and wellness activities. With one-million square feet of class A office space, One Congress is the tallest project in the city in more than three decades.

Attending the groundbreaking event were prominent figures in Boston, including Mayor Martin J. Walsh, Carr Properties, National Real Estate Advisors LLC, and The HYM Investment Group. Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects’ Design Principal Mark Shoemaker, AIA and Senior Associate Chris Koon, AIA were also in attendance.

One Congress at Bulfinch Crossing is scheduled to open in 2022.
