Pelli Clarke & Partners Announces 2024 Promotions

In mid-July PC&P had the pleasure to promote key individuals who’ve made significant contributions to design excellence, advancing the profession of architecture while embodying the values of the firm. Congratulations to all!

Associates

Arman Salemi
Arman joined the firm in 2023 in the firm’s NYC studio. Since joining, Arman has been a designer for The 74, NYC’s newest residences in the Upper East Side as well as several of the firm’s design competitions. Arman has had several of his design works and research published in design publications.

Sam Park
Originally coming to us from Seoul, South Korea, Sam was an Oklahoma State University Preceptee from 2017-2018. He joined PC&P full-time in 2019. Sam has been involved in several key academic projects including Pelotonia Research Center at The Ohio State University, Leinweber Computer Science &Information Building at the University of Michigan, and Yale Science Building.

Claudio Perez
Claudio came to PC&P as an Oklahoma State University Preceptee from 2021-2022. He joined the PC&P family at the start of 2023 as a full-time hire. Over the years, Claudio has contributed extensively to Dallas Four Seasons & Residences and Texas A&M Fort Worth Law & Education Building. Claudio has attended several juries and crits at Yale University and Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Tianhui Zhang
Tianhui joined the firm in 2021. Tianhui serves as a member of the firm’s Technology committee, with a research focus on computational tools for architecture, as well as AI applications. In 2023, Tianhui attended the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Summit as a representative of PC&P. She has served as a team member on many of the firm’s competitions, as well as a few large renovation projects in the Hague.

Associate Principal

Anibal Bellomio
For 23 years, Anibal has been involved in many of the firm’s landmark projects including Canary Wharf and Canada Square in London, Parcel F, The Landmark Abu Dhabi, Tucuman Civic Center, and several of the firms complex competitions. In 2023, Anibal won a Merit Award at AIA CT Design Award for his design for a Mozambique Preschool.
