Mitchell A. Hirsch leads the design for award-winning performing arts and event centers, including the iconic Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami, Henry and Renee Segerstrom Concert Hall in Costa Mesa, the Eccles Theater in Salt Lake City, Wintrust Arena in Chicago, and BOK Center in Tulsa. Mitch’s academic work includes Hancher at The University of Iowa, The Theatre School at DePaul University, and master planning at Duke University and Vanderbilt University. Mitch’s experience also includes landmark buildings in New York City, Japan, and Mexico City. He has taught at Yale University and been a visiting critic at several architecture schools. Mitch holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University.

Favorite Building: La Fenice by Selva, Palazzo Thiene by Palladio, and Barcelona Pavilion by Mies van der Rohe.
