Where Las Vegas comes to play
The ARIA Resort & Casino is the centerpiece of CityCenter, an urban development on a 66-acre site fronting the famed Las Vegas Strip. This cosmopolitan hotel-casino complex comprises of two counterposing, curvilinear hotel towers joining to form an open center. Its magnificent façade composed of steel and glass shimmers with the changing sky and bright lights of Las Vegas.
The epicenter of action
ARIA Hotel & Casino is the tallest structure in the CityCenter and offers an unbeatable amenity package. Upon arrival, guests enter a playground of endless activities and amenities that include a 150,000-square-foot casino, 45,000 square feet of retail and 125,000 square feet of dining, bar, and lounge space. An 1,800-seat theater and a 300,000-square-foot three-level conference center provide guests with unbeatable entertainment and special event value.
Ambitious permanent art collection provides guests with artistic value
Famed artwork by some of the world’s most prominent artists and sculptors is located throughout the hotel-casino complex, providing visitors with an engaging environment filled with artistic and intellectual significance. The ARIA Fine Art Collection includes acclaimed works by Maya Lin, Jenny Holzer, Anthony Gormley, and Tony Cragg.
Commitment to conservation
With over 4,000 hotel rooms, the ARIA Resort & Casino is the world’s largest hotel to achieve a LEED Gold rating. The building’s primary energy-saving feature is its curtain wall, which uses a new generation of glass coatings that let daylight in while blocking the sun’s heat-producing rays. Water efficiency is also a key achievement. More than 117,000 cubic meters (31 million gallons) of water are saved throughout the resort each year. This includes savings of 40 percent in the hotel and 60 percent for landscape irrigation by U.S. standards.
