West Palm Point spearheads Southern Florida’s commercial office evolution
West Palm Point represents a world-class gateway into Downtown West Palm Beach, one of the fastest-growing financial and corporate sector growth markets in South Florida. This premier office tower stands at 338 feet tall with 23 stories, encompassing 470,000 SF of Class A+ office space. Uniting sculptural form, advanced energy efficiency, and outdoor spaces for gathering and leisure, West Palm Point is a signature building in a vibrant, expanding city.
Shaping a dynamic development
The project features two main architectural elements: the elliptical-shaped tower and an adjacent, stand-alone parking structure with a capacity of approximately 1,200 cars. The ground level includes a distinctive drop-off area at the main entrance and a pedestrian Paseo, which connects the lively landscaped streetscape with the tower and parking structure, creating an active neighborhood gathering space between the two buildings.
Converging sculptural form and advanced performance
The tower's unique elliptical form is accentuated by a series of faceted, stepped petals. The form tapers as it ascends, accentuating its verticality. The building is clad in a state-of-the-art, high-performance, energy-efficient low-iron and low-e glass curtain wall, articulated with mullions and fins designed to reflect light and create a shimmering iridescence. The 30-foot tall east and west main lobbies feature custom designed structural glass walls supported by full-height glass fins.
Celebrating an outdoor lifestyle through a verdant roofscape
A ninth-floor sky bridge, covered by a unique tensile structure, links the tower to a one-acre roof garden atop the parking structure. The lush landscaped garden includes a cafe, entertainment stage, custom designed water feature, putting green and a dog park. The ninth-floor tower amenities offer an expansive fitness center and private conference center.
