Atrium Place will set new benchmark for the Gurugram workplace
Located at the center of Gurugram’s bustling district, Atrium Place is spread across a 12-acre campus of 4 highly efficient office buildings totaling 2.88 million square feet, positioned around an expansive interior atrium. Atrium Place was designed to be a true urban oasis — crafted to create a place of comfort and well-being.
An oasis within the heart of Gurugram’s commercial district
The heart of the campus is a 25-meter-tall sunlit atrium that functions as the development’s ‘Main Street’ and brings a desired amenity to this region of India: a climate controlled open space that is lined with retail and seating. The two levels of public space are surrounded by nearly 100,000 square feet of retail, food & beverage selections and bespoke tenant amenities. Clusters of tree-like pods provide floating islands of seating and meeting areas along the sinuous upper-level walkway while focused, prestige retail nestles below the wood canopy. A pair of gracious stadium seating pods provide a centralized area for impromptu meetings, presentations, community gatherings or a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view out to the lush, landscaped plaza and gardens beyond.
Flexible workspaces
The future-proof design features highly efficient, column-free workspace that provides the maximum flexibility for an ever-changing world. The design incorporates world-class health and safety standards, new-age touchless technologies, advanced air-filtration systems, superior security measures and smart management of common areas, providing a best-in-class workspace solution for future occupants.
Sustainability at the center of design
Atrium Place is USGBC LEED and IGCT Platinum pre-certified. It is designed to achieve Well Certification for enhanced tenant comfort and well-being, helping to create a dynamic environment to attract, enable and retain talent and allowing the workplace to serve as the incubator for innovation.
