One West End is a fresh addition to classic Upper West Side style

New York, NY, USA

Encompassing a full city block and with one of Manhattan’s largest private outdoor spaces, One West End is part of Riverside Center, a modern mixed-use community with lush green public gathering spaces, open-air markets, restaurants, shops, and an elementary school. Rising from a solid limestone base, One West End consists of two slender, jewel-like towers that soar into the skyline and deliver panoramic views of New York and the Hudson River, while forming a striking aesthetic link to Columbus Circle and Midtown.

An alternating pattern of subtle facets within the glass- and linen-finished stainless steel create a dramatic tapestry of changing reflections as light shifts throughout the day.
Floating above the podium, the tallest glass tower reaches 500 feet, while the other tower cantilevers 50 feet beyond the podium and 70 feet above West End Avenue.

Daily wellness, entertainment, and social connection abound

At the gateway of Hudson River Park, One West End delights residents with resort-style amenities including a lap pool in a soaring light-filled atrium, cantilevered over West End Avenue; as well as a full-service spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a sweeping terrace with cabanas and outdoor entertaining spaces. The communal fireplace, media and game room, and dining room with chef’s kitchen are inviting places to connect and unwind. A children’s playroom opens to a private garden terrace. Underground, there is abundant parking and vehicle-charging stations.

The scale of the tower’s podium is articulated by a series of landscaped terraces that step back from the leafy plaza to the rooftop garden.
